01. Debrief
Scope Meeting - 3 hours
The journey starts with a sit down and de-brief. This meeting is an opportunity to get to know each other, discuss the goals and also share our thoughts on the project. -

02. Research
Keywords & Landscape - 1 week
Following our de-brief we will get to work looking at the current landscape of your business, the personas of the ideal clients & where their attention is focussed. -

03. Design
Let’s make it pretty - 3 weeks
Using the full Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, we design the base site and create the layout grids for mobile, desktop and tablets. -
step 4
04. Mock Up
Let’s take a look - 2 days
As soon as we are happy with the design we create a 3 page website demo for you to get a realistic feel of the design and how it performs. -

05. Build
time for the dev - 3 weeks
Love the mock up? When you approve the design in principle we get started building the site. We take the layouts, content and site map and create all of the pages and navigation ready to hand over to you for inspection and testing. -
step 6
06. Amends
Acting on feedback - 2 weeks
Once your team delivers its feedback we get started making the amends. We then present this back to you for up-to three rounds of amends until we have a finished and ready for publication website. -

07. Finish
Tweaks and SEO - 1 WEEK
With a 99% completed site we get started tweaking the on-page and technical SEO and prepare the pages with SEO friendly urls, Meta page titles, meta descriptions, and ready the site for indexing to Google Search Console. -

08. GO LIVE!
Let’s go!
When we have finished, we give the site one more stress test and make sure all internal and external links work and that our automations and forms are working. We then go live after editing the domain DNS and checking all is working OK before handing the site over to you and the team. -
